We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.

Overall, very good. I think the programming that the Growth Institute offers is very good. Their teachers have been excellent. We have seen that some of the coaches are better than others but the courses are, in general, very good. My only real complaint is with the group participation. This isn't the Growth Institute's fault. This issue is endemic with these kinds of things, but when you open up the discussion to community participation there are inevitably a couple of people that just dominate the conversations - often in ways that are not germane to other participants. Keep up the good work.

I loved Scaling Up dearly I loved Scaling Up dearly. The opportunity to be in a course with like-minded people was amazing. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Xime for all her hard work and excellent communication skills! She was on the ball the entire time and we always felt that we could get a quick, reliable response. Talking to Herb, Daniel, Verne, Roberto, and Rick was an absolute treat. They provided insightful answers to all the questions I threw their way. If I were to change ANYTHING about this course, I would suggest reviewing some of the grammatical and spelling mistakes in some of the material. I would be more than happy to go through the course again and make notes of everything I find that needs revision. Sometimes it caused my OCD mind to have a difficult time grasping the information that was being presented.

HIghly Recommend Master Course has been hands down the most practical and useful business course I have ever taken. With more than 20 years of experience, and hundreds of hours of classes, the master course has been the BEST. Just one of the lessons has been worth the investment. And there are dozens of points/tools that are providing outstanding ROI.

Transformative to say the Least I have to say this was an eye opening experience. This course enabled our organization to take a honest look at ourselves in the mirror and really asses who we are, where we are heading, and to recognize we had gotten away from our core principles. The shift in our focus will propel use to exponential growth in the near term and has allowed us to open the level of communication within our executive growth which will allow us to scale. If there was a downside, I believe we lost momentum about 3/4 of the way through but we are putting in the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to get us back on track.
