Amazing Experience with Lana Lana is amazing at what she does! She helped me with my kids as they are slowly turning into teenagers. They were starting to have attitudes that I didn't know how to handle and she coached me to understand them better and boy did her techniques help. This made my life so much more easier and stress free. Love her and all the work she does. She also worked with my kids in teaching them about healthy eating. Choosing the healthy foods over junk food. She really knows her stuff and has the technique to get the stubborn kids to choose quality foods. My son lost 8 lbs. Because of her and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Lana for all your hard work!

Svetlana’s coaching approach Svetlana’s coaching approach to getting to know me was fun and it felt like she already knew me-- and cared about my goals and success. She shared her experience and was clearly engaged in seeing me succeed. She is very quick to recognize progress and to help re-state challenges in a positive frame of reference. She repeated my own action steps in such a simple and confident way it make success seem inevitable. She also had some great insight information and suggestions that I want to try in addition to the action steps. Svetlana has a very engaging personality.
