I was thoroughly impressed in how quickly and effectively he was able to explain the problematic behaviors I was doing mentally and what I can do to override this. I now feel I have a plan of attack to accomplish some life goals I have been procrastinating on. This was much more than I expected to learn in just one session. I wish I could've started these coaching sessions years ago. If you have any doubts, just keep an open mind and try the life coaching. Life coaching with Sam is the way to go Sam is such an incredible person. So easy to talk to, wise, and likable. In a short time he was able to give me advice that helps me have a new outlook on life. Even if you feel you have a good life, why not make it great? Sam has the wisdom to be able to do that for you, and it's not just that he can do it, but he cares and wants to help you. Once you have the tools, it is up to you to use them to improve your life.
