GBPlentity Works! I am in my 4th week. Plentity definitely does make you feel full and eat less. I would like more support with my eating so I have scheduled online help and I think this is super important, no matter how great the medicine works. Being addicted to food doesn’t go away magically but the support offered is also a huge benefit of the medicine. I would definitely recommend trying Plentity.

ILLost 22 pounds in 2 months and kept off weight I have been taking Plenity for more than 18 months. I lost 22 pounds in 2 months and am now normal weight since then. I stay on Plenity because it helps me avoid cravings for carbs (as a diabetic on metformin) and I've kept the weight off. One thing they don't mention but I've noticed is is that it made my bowel movements very consistent and I no longer have constipation and diarrhea.

GBNot for everyone I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault. I took Plenity as instructed. I workout vigorously 75 - 120 min a day 7 days a week at times. And I’m a runner. I don’t eat unhealthy but not going to say I’m a healthy eater also. I consume alcohol moderately. Since it didn’t appear to be working for me. And I saw minimal weight loss. Decided to just stop taking and no longer place an additional order.

GBInitially the feeling of fullness was… Initially the feeling of fullness was great and long lasting. It seems as the weeks progress (I just finished week 8), the feeling of fullness is less prevalent. I'll stick with it, although the weight loss is slowing down, which is discouraging after being pretty vigilant with a much lower daily calorie intake.
