When I finally threatened legal action I got a little movement from them. They pseudo fixed what I asked. I finally decided to fix it myself.

Paid for premium services, but... Paid for premium services. Got zero relevant responses to my inquiries. They did not verify or respond to my requirements for my resume. I disputed the charges with Chase, and they agreed, refunded my money, and put Resume Mansion on their watch list. Avoid this service like the plague. Caveat Emptor.
