Great Customer Experience, Mediocre Resume Resume Mansion provided great customer service through quick response times to my questions and fast turnaround of the end product. However, my resume still felt outdated with a 3 page resume, traditional formats and antiquated verbiage. Also, there were no suggestions provided for improving my resume content, design or modernization. In some aspects, I ended up with a worse case scenario than my homemade resume. Also, I found some incomplete sentences in my cover letter (also lengthy and outdated) but didn’t feel it was worth the effort to request adjustments I can make on my own.
