Worst. Lender. Ever. Don't use them. Their bill pay system is archaic and slow, despite paying loan in full the interest continued to accrue while the payment was pending. They send you to collections when you have scheduled payments. Customer service is horrible. They make it out like it's so easy, but the monthly payments are obscene, and there is no leeway if you aren't making enough to pay (they give you a max of two 3 month periods of deferment, beyond that if you don't have money they hound you). Go literally anywhere else. The sad thing is they are funded by Goldman Sachs, and they could easily update everything to at least give a decent user experience, but they don't, and an ACH transfer that shouldn't take more than 2 days takes a f***ing week.

Excellent Customer Service From Day 1 I have to say from day 1 the customer service I received from Climb is phenomenal! They explain all loan details, they are patient not to mention overall super friendly! Further, They are persistent in making sure your concern on your account is taken care of right away. I was helped by Laura. Because of the pandemic, my hours at work was cut drastically. She was able to relieve my worry about my deferral form being process within the given time frame as it was nearing payment by having it processed in a fast timely manner! As a student, This is just what I need in these trying times of my life. They really care about their clients, and they go above and beyond!

Climb was very quick to get my approval… Climb was very quick to get my approval and anytime I had a question I could either go on the live chat and got an answer within 5-10 minutes or i would send an email and i would get a response within 24 hours! Customer support was very friendly and willing to help in anyway neccessary! I would DEFINITELY recommend climb to anybody looking to get into school or for any loan needs!

It's a scam. It's a scam. This company appears to be a foreign company. Their website is terribly made. Take note of their photos and that they have NO CONTACT INFORMATION. Careerist never graded my exams, nor even spoke to me. My account went a total of six months when finally someone reached out. By then I had been hired at another job for what career I had previously. I attempted to contact Climb on six separate occasions to no avail. It's a complete scam. Do not do business with this company.
