Quick and Simple User friendly site to apply and got pre-approved right away. The Climb team kept me up to date with the process and made sure I was able to turn in the necessary documents to expedite the approval process. Once everything was approved, Climb contacted my school and confirmed the exact cost of my classes and even updated me after everything was confirmed. Simple and quick so I can start on my education right away. I am so excited!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!! Since my loan was disbursed 3/2023, I have had two payments taken out of my account every month. I am unable to speak to anyone but received text messages stating they are "working" to resolve the matter. I am told that the reason for 2 payments is that 2 loans were disbursed to the school. When they receive the money back from the school, they will refund that money. However, there is only the document for the one loan being disbursed and I only receive one monthly statement with one account number. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. I have sent a secure message through their website and have not received a response. So, I have removed authorization for automatic payments to be taken out of my checking account and plan to seek legal assistance in resolving the matter.

Easy application, slow/faulty processing The process was sort of intuitive and easy enough to complete without help. However, once all of the steps were completed, both by my cosigner and I, no action was taken to process my application and it kept showing that documents still needed to be signed even though they had been signed already. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that my application's status was updated and approved. Could have been an easy and extremely quick process, but this is what caused my dissatisfaction. Not sure if my application would have ever gotten reviewed/approved if I hadn't reached out.

Worst. Lender. Ever. Don't use them. Their bill pay system is archaic and slow, despite paying loan in full the interest continued to accrue while the payment was pending. They send you to collections when you have scheduled payments. Customer service is horrible. They make it out like it's so easy, but the monthly payments are obscene, and there is no leeway if you aren't making enough to pay (they give you a max of two 3 month periods of deferment, beyond that if you don't have money they hound you). Go literally anywhere else. The sad thing is they are funded by Goldman Sachs, and they could easily update everything to at least give a decent user experience, but they don't, and an ACH transfer that shouldn't take more than 2 days takes a f***ing week.

PLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH IT PLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. They are scammers with unrealistic expectations and leave you to the wolves when you are going through hard times. I tried to ask for help and they left it up to my school which my school had no plan of action for help and because it’s in between the two schools, this situation floats in limbo
