About CyberTex Institute of Technology

Since 2000, when CyberTex opened it’s first campus in Austin, Cybertex Institute of Technology has been giving students training and know-how, through nationally-accredited programs to transition into high-tech and medical careers. The Killeen campus, opened in 2008, has started training students in this fast-growing part of Central Texas, including veterans who are using their post-9/11 GI Bills and VOC Rehab to enter our programs and transform their lives.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. I finished with my classes and graduated, but was given no help, none of the staff emailed me back or tried to get in contact with me after I asked about exam dates. So, surprise! I miss exams. So I have nothing to show with the schooling that I got. Literally nothing. I might as well not even have gone. It was a waste of money. Not only that, but staff did not help me with my resume or to find a job - like they promised they would - after I graduated. Don’t go here. It’s a waste of your time and money.

They didn't have there teachers or… They didn't have there teachers or curriculum together until our time was almost over and then they brought in a wonderful teacher but our class was almost over. I never got a solid foundation because of that, if the second teacher had been there the entire time I would be in IT now, instead I am still in the same career I was trying to get out of then.

I was part of the first Vocational… I was part of the first Vocational nurse class at Cybertex. I learned a lot but felt some of the best instructors were let go and should've stuck around but at the end of the day I am still glad I chose them.

Lack of communication Was a MA student at this school some years ago, teacher was very good but office people where not helpful at all when it came to finding a place to to my internship had to do that on my own, education is cheap but you get what you pay for, there is a lot of lack of communication, good luck trying to get a meeting with school or program directors, the school can care less about its students, they only care about money. If i could turn back time I would've go to an accredited school and pay more.

These people do not care at all about… These people do not care at all about you they are only worried about making money if I could do it all over again (even though I passed the nursing program after 20 months) I would run as fast as I could away from this place I passed the NCLEX but it wasn’t because they helped I payed for an outside source to prepare me
