I was a tutor on course hero and had… I was a tutor on course hero and had earned around 130$ but before I could withdraw the money they blocked my account and asked for id verification. I verified my id but they haven't restored my account. I contacted the tutor support countless times but they aren't replying

Very disappointed and angry! I subscribed to Course Hero two weeks ago. I asked only one question, on university first year math. Both answers by two different tutors were very wrong. Frankly, I got very disappointed and angry, and feel my time and money wasted. I believe they should get more qualified tutors to help theirr customers. I downloaded some of their materials and have used perhaps 15 unlocks, which, according to their Money Back Guarantee policy, disqualifies me from getting a refund. But I still believe I should be able to be granted a refund for the deep disappointment I've encountered. However, they refused and I've wasted too much time corresponding with them. I won't recommend Course Hero to anybody!

I was refunded auto renew money since I hadn’t used the service in 3 months and had no reason to use in future. I was set up for auto renew but hadn’t used the service in 3 months, and am now out of school, I was charged $71.00 and was initially told they couldn’t do anything about it. But another representative emailed me and said they would reverse the charges.

Fraud company Fraud company. Doesn’t pay their tutors who help the students. Disables tutor accounts without any reason and proof of misconduct. Forfeits all the hard earned money of tutors.

I wish I could give 0 stars because the… I wish I could give 0 stars because the membership is misleading. I was told just recently after subscribing because it said 11 bucks just about per month, ok durable for someone on a fixed income. It did not say my debit card would be charged over 100 dollars. I have not found anything related to my subject, They said because I viewed assignments. No, I was clicking through to see what assignments related to my course, and none of the ones I have clicked related. I was told I couldn't get a refund. Who can I talk to about that?
