Alothough, product detials were prety limited on the website, customer service is available to answer your queries. Shipping was also alright- hardly any delays. I have to say overall theyhad ok service.

Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. It also enhances the shopping experience tremendously! Everything about doing business with Vitacost now produces superb results. Bravo, Vitacost! Bravo!

Beware of their 15-20% discount codes I have noticed that when they showcase a code that will give you 15-20% off - they actually hike up the prices and then offer the discount - so you're not really getting any discount. I checked the prices with Amazon and a lot of times Amazon is cheaper! So just something to beware of. You're not always getting a discount!

Best deals when order meets free shipping amount. My last two orders actually arrived earlier than expected. I'm stunned by some of the reviews left by those who had a bad experience with delivery/order and chuck the whole company down the drain. I'm not denying your experience is frustrating, but please name me one retail store that has a perfect record? Those orders/packages pass through many hands before it gets to a customer. For example, I recently made an order, with a well known huge mega giant retailer, that ended up being a colossal failure and was time consuming to resolve and get fixed. Do I never order from them again? Of course not. I will order from them again. They sell good products. It was their first major mistake out of past orders. I have placed numerous orders with Vitacost and my overall experience with them has been good. Sure, I have had a few issues with some orders at some point in time. Yes, I have experienced that bag of totally crushed chips but Vitacost was more than gracious to settle and work out with me any issues. Keeping in mind, unfortunately, many Companies are now resorting to outsourcing Call Centers to another country and it is becoming nothing but a train wreck!
