Bad Customer Service I placed an order as a new customer and that same night which was a day before labor day I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I reached out to them on facebook as well as email right after. The manager Anthony gave me a really dry there's nothing we can do response the next day and said the order has already shipped. I never even got an email saying it shipped. No matter how good a product is , good customer service goes a long way. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

Nutrabio - Without Compromise! Nutrabio is hands down the best supplement company out there. You’d be hard pressed to find another company with as much integrity and transparency as Nutrabio. Full therapeutic dosing of all ingredients in every product, full label disclosure, and viewable 3rd party test results. Not to mention, Nutrabio produces all products in-house! You’re doing yourself a disservice to give business to any other company that doesn’t do all that’s listed above. I’ve been using Nutrabio exclusively for the past 6 years. WITHOUT COMPROMISE!

One good, one mediocre experience. One time they sent me someone else's order. They said they would send mine expedited and a return label for the incorrect one. UPS was there within 2 days to get my product back, but Nitrabio waited 2 days to shop mine so it's 'expedited' shipping arrived 6 days later. This was after calling a second time about the error because they did not return my first phone call.

Sending suppliments without an expiry date Its most unfair to mail suppliments without an expiry date. I purchased th chondroitin sulfate in powder form which is a very expensive suppliment. It has only the manufacter date. No expiry date. I will be returning the supplinent.

Pre V4 Stimulant and Shipping PROS- Wonderful product! Have been a long time customer due to the incredible quality of every product I have purchased over the years. CONS- Being from Canada, the exchange rates, and the overall shipping costs is a major issue, everything becomes too expensive. I feel somethings needs to be done with the shipping costs. People from US do not have such shipping costs, while at times the company also provides deals, like free shipping for people living in US. I feel international customers should also get these privlidges, or at least loyal long time customers. Somethings needs to be done about this!
