Excellent Supplements I cannot take supplements due to the fillers that are in them so we decided to use the pure powdered form of Glucosamine, MSM (OptiMSM) , Vitamin C Powder, and Chondroitin Sulfate Powder. I add the proper dosage to our daily smoothie and it is excellent. Taken this way the supplements are odorless and tasteless and NO bothersome fillers. This is by far the best way for us to go!

NutraBio has always been a great… NutraBio has always been a great company to interact and buy products from. Their products are extremely clean and pure. Their customer service team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I truly feel NutraBio sets the standard for what a supplement company should be

I Hate This Company I ordered something from Nutrabio and it was just about the worst experience they completely screwed up the order. Completely incompetent. Brian from customer service must have been on something it was like talking to the wall. No one ever tried to contact me. Arrogant, clueless. Put me through hell. They don't even respond when you ask for where their products are available. So why would I expect an apology. When I first did this review I received an email to review my order so when I didn't give them the positive feedback that they wanted owner Brian Glazer contacted me. I never responded, I assumed it was to find out my reasons. I explained my reasons when I texted him. He never responded. On February 3rd I received another email asking me to review my order. I didn't respond instead I emailed the company to tell them that I couldn't review the order because due to the mistake made by them I had returned the order. I asked them how them how they could not know that I had sent them back the package? I also asked them about manganese which I'd seen on a website. But never received any response. I'd previously asked them about the manganese and also never received a response. How can I ever hope to order anything again from Nutrabio when they don't respond and address these issues and don't appear to know what's going on with their own company?

Bad Customer Service I placed an order as a new customer and that same night which was a day before labor day I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I reached out to them on facebook as well as email right after. The manager Anthony gave me a really dry there's nothing we can do response the next day and said the order has already shipped. I never even got an email saying it shipped. No matter how good a product is , good customer service goes a long way. Won't recommend this company to anyone.
