mails old nasty products dated 2014 clumps, does not dissolve. not fresh. mailed me numerous products manufactures date of 2014 very dissatisfied. company relying on manuf dates and their verbal assurance of 3 year shelf life, instead of doing the testing required to stamp true expiration date on products.

I have been using NB/UB/EL for 3-4 years now(UB/EL since they existed) the most honest and quality company and ingredients I have ever seen not to mention to level of communication is unmeasurable. I have tried many different supplement brands over the years and this by far is the top. They care about the product & quality they out out & always put the customer first. Best of the best here.

Bad Customer Service I placed an order as a new customer and that same night which was a day before labor day I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I reached out to them on facebook as well as email right after. The manager Anthony gave me a really dry there's nothing we can do response the next day and said the order has already shipped. I never even got an email saying it shipped. No matter how good a product is , good customer service goes a long way. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

DISAPPOINTED ALTERNATIVE I like super clean proteins and my 2 local stores no longer carried mine, so was offered this to try. It's definitely clean and I liked disclosure of ingredients, but was disappointed when I called company to inquire what the 500 mg of "natural flavors" were. That's a way to mask table sugar because it comes from cane plant, which is natural. Ultimately, was told manufacturer wouldn't disclose that info. Made me a little leery, as it contradicted the thought they knew and disclosed all ingredients. As far as taste, it was too creamy, thick and gritty, with a definite artificial sweetener aftertaste

Excellent Supplements I cannot take supplements due to the fillers that are in them so we decided to use the pure powdered form of Glucosamine, MSM (OptiMSM) , Vitamin C Powder, and Chondroitin Sulfate Powder. I add the proper dosage to our daily smoothie and it is excellent. Taken this way the supplements are odorless and tasteless and NO bothersome fillers. This is by far the best way for us to go!
