can't use with supplied equipment can't use with supplied equipment and no response from chat and e-mails.....I need some help to use them...now I hate you guys.

They Don’t Work They Don’t Work I was not happy with these hearing aids. Contacted support. Did everything they suggested. Still would not work. Requested refund as per the advertised policy. Was told I would have to return at my expense. Advertise that they will provide shipping label. Now they won’t answer my emails! Also, you never get to “talk” to a real person. Only by computer. I am not happy.
