These hearing aids are very easy to use… These hearing aids are very easy to use and to fit. Just a couple of touch buttons. Very light and discrete and powerful..! I can hear everything!

They will NOT grant refunds They will NOT grant refunds. We followed directions, sent item back, and now we get no response when asking about our refund status.

They Don’t Work They Don’t Work I was not happy with these hearing aids. Contacted support. Did everything they suggested. Still would not work. Requested refund as per the advertised policy. Was told I would have to return at my expense. Advertise that they will provide shipping label. Now they won’t answer my emails! Also, you never get to “talk” to a real person. Only by computer. I am not happy.
