Will not cancel Order I have decided to cancel this order and still waiting for confirmation. I wrote on 14th regarding cancellation of the order and this has not been confirmed. Now the 17th and still no word. This company needs investigating and closed down. They should have a look at my e-mails as I have requested that the order be cancelled. To say it is not based on my experience is untrue and I challenge them to prove otherwise.

Interesting item How one can be misled but the look of an item and too many positive reviews. Delivery took longer than I expected but the item eventually arrived. The item is a standing figure bending down to a dog. The problem is the standing figure has a problem with standing, it prefers to lie down. I emailed the day I received the item requesting a return a refund. The email back I suggested I made a video of the non upright figure !!! I have emailed again saying I do not want the item. No doubt like other people I will not receive a refund. I fail to believe all the lovely reviews, each with 5 stars, a little dubious, can possibly be 'real'. I saw the item in Facebook so I will make a comment on there in the hope that no one else is taken for a ride

Pawfect figures! The Pawfect figures immediately caught my eye because of the artistry and simplicity of the design, so I ordered two. They are as impressive in person as they are in the photos. I'll definitely be returning to check out the many other items on the site.

NOW PROVE ME WRONG, YUKON. My order no. 48216 This is my second review, one month from receiving rubbish products on 27 Feb and beginning my attempt via several emails to return them for a refund. I wish to place on record that, in view of my experience and many others here, the five-star glowing reviews are as fraudulent as the company. Their replies, too, come from somewhere in the ether, and I doubt that whatever base location Yukon had still exists. They are just smoke and mirrors. The ornaments (which will not stand up!) are mass-produced in a sweat shop somewhere far away from the US and actually worth pennies or cents, not pounds or dollars. If you check on Amazon, they have the same ornaments from several different Chinese suppliers, at around a third of the Yukon price. Okay, Yukon, refute what I have said if you can. I CHALLENGE YOU. Live up to the completely false review that said "It is obvious that this is a company proud of its craftsmanship and customer satisfaction." What a laugh!

Be aware 5 stars for the product, but I would have given it 1 star for honesty. When I FINALLY received my order I was pleased. These are cute. But be aware that these are coming from outside the USA. The shipping time and USPS updates are not accurate. The company’s standard response to customer emails tries to be reassuring, but they lack true transparency. You should know that your order will not be shipped within the 2 days that is stated on the website and they are not coming from Delaware. You’ll see true reviews here, but if you Google their web site all you’ll see is 5 star reviews. The reason for that is that they have the option to accept your review or not. AND, notice what they are doing here ….if they don’t like what you have to say, they are doxxing customers. Listing customers personal information is a poor, poor business practice.
