I paid for Premium Access, but got none. I paid for Premium Access. There was no change. I went circles logging out and back in, trying to select my student so he could access the premium features. Nothing worked. So, I couldn't help but be angry that I paid for what is supposed to be instant access, and I have no access. Not only that, but that want me to wait a day to get any customer support? Possibly 3 days if they deem it "complicated". I finally just canceled the subscription and am doing a stop payment. This is unacceptable. When you don't get what you paid for, it becomes a scam. I would be wary of this company, and wary of entering any payment information.

Above average piano lessons We have been using Hoffman Academy for three years now. Last year, we purchased the Lifetime membership for both of our children because we love it so much. The lessons are engaging and organized perfectly. They are very advanced compared to others that take in person piano lessons in our area! We are very impressed.

Simply the best I've tried about half a dozen of the most popular online piano-learning platforms. I found them all useful, but none of them comes close to offering the all round instruction of the Hoffman Academy. The depth, detail, and comprehensiveness of the lessons, the graduated step-by-step learning, and the playful instruction sets the Hoffman Academy apart from everything else I've tried. In all honesty, five stars is not enough! P.S. Although HA is geared towards kids, I found it perfectly suited to my needs as an adult learner.

Brilliant program Brilliant program! I have tried many apps/programs even piano teachers with my 6 year old, and this is the only one he really enjoys doing! I play the piano myself and I can definitely say Mr Hoffman knows what he is doing. He also has an excellent sense of humor which makes it more fun! Thanks for putting everything together so brilliantly.

My 6 year old is truly learning piano My 6 year old is truly learning piano! She enjoys the lessons and finds Mr. Hoffman funny. I can really see her overall musical ability/ear improving as well. I love that the lessons are self-paced so we can go quicker when life is less busy, slower during the school year. I truly recommend Hoffman Academy for anyone looking for online lessons - couldn't be happier!
