Excellent service I have used BookRenter for over a year now. I have always received my books in a timely manner, and the books have been in good condition; however, one of the books I just received was damaged, and I emailed customer service. I promptly received a reply back from them letting me know they had made a note on my account, and I would not be held responsible for the damaged book. I strongly suggest using this company.

Over paid for shipping, which was not next day. I found the customer service to be impersonal. I paid $19.99 to receive next day shipping, however Bookrenter does not really offer next day shipping. I had to wait 1 or 2 processing days. I placed my order July 1st to receive July 2nd, received I received my books July 5th.

Straightforward service. Great experience as far as ordering and receiving my order. I would definitely recommend this company because it is very simple to use. I have not return my book yet and I hope I don't encounter any problem with that. Overall feeling right now is: Awesome.
