GBThey are not very sure of their inventory They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

GBHit or miss I love renting my books for school. My freshmen year bookrenter had the books I needed with no problems. I needed 5 books for the upcoming semester. I bought one because it pertains to my major and was planning on renting the other 4. All summer I've been checking for my books and 2of the 4 have been completely out of stock. The other 2 finally showed up but said there were fewer than 9 available so I went ahead and ordered them. They'll be due a little before the end of my semester but better than nothing. Unfortunately I'll have to rent my other 2 books from somewhere else.

GBProcess was relatively painless.... The process was painless, relatively. Saved us lots of money since daughter was not intending on keeping books and new/used were quite pricey. Came quickly so she had them in time. BUT not sure if it was her college terms or what but they did not allow us to have for whole term; she still had 3 weeks in terms including finals and we would of had to extend for extra price. Speaking of.. when we did attempt to extend it would just give us an error. We decided just to return because she said she could go online if necessary for info this late in term. But other than that I would recommend just be wary of dates etc.

GBOvercharged and refuse to refund I purchased expedited 2-day shipping and it was sent regularly (received it an entire week later). When I contacted the customer service to request a refund they refused giving a million and one bogus excuses as to why the book came so late. When I told them their customer service was awful/wouldn't be back I was told "my opinion is respected". UNREAL. BEWARE!
