CANot that great anymore I have used this company for a few years now. The turnaround time is definitely increasing. The testing is more expensive and I find myself questioning whether or not I want to continue using their service or finding a new one. Customer service is lacking, they don’t value your business or loyalty.

GBFrom the time they received the swabs From the time they received the swabs, it took 18 business days to receive the results. On their web site, it states up to 14 business days for results. On day 16, I called for an update and I was told they would send me email that afternoon with an update, I did not receive an email.

GBMy Cat Scan helps me I get so many test results in this one test. It helps me with my breeding program and helps me feel secure if my cat has a health problem, I can show this to my vet to rule out any possible problems.
