Great Introduction or Reminder This course, just one hour for 10 consecutive weeks, was a great introduction to Association Member Management and Growth. I was reminded of things I knew but didn't have "top of mind" any more, and I learned new things about areas I haven't fully explored yet. The content helped me to get a "big picture" of my goals for membership work and also provided ideas for "quick wins" that I can tackle right away.

Association Academy: the 2nd time around The main presenter and the selected speakers made the course great for me and the selection of topics blew my mind because my association is dealing with those areas at the present time. I love the ability to submit your work and have it critiqued by top professionals as well as classmates. That did not occur in the 10 week course. I also liked that this course was shorter yet still impactful. The 10 week course was challenging for me even though I made it through and earned my certificate. Thank you for the invite so very much appreciated and valued.

Great Course indeed!! Great Course. Tapping the very necessary points that any association dealing with membership will need to focus upon. One hour of solid information that is very very helpful. The other great part of this course was that after every class the presentation deck and the recording is being shared with participants. This is very helpful when you miss any class or you want to refer any discussion in future. And Chris is amazing!!

Excellent Info and Fair Critiques This was a great experience. I learned a lot. The speakers were knowledgeable and fair in their critiques. The challenge is working with creatives from associations with varying resources and staff but I think you did a great job representing everyone. I think an effort was made to meet all the associations where there were and provide attainable feedback.
