GBCedric Bobo is a great teacher! Ced seems to be very knowledgeable and quite approachable as a CRE professional. You can tell he really wants to engage with each and every student and, of course, learn alongside them. I would recommend slowing down a bit to make sure important concepts stick for a bit longer. As an instructor, I think it's cool that he calls on people to answer fair and simple questions that test our understanding.

GBProject Destined Global Real Estate CRE Fundamentals Level I: Market & Property Analysis & Level II: Valuation Level I: Very informative, and presented in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. Level II: Gained a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of determining risk and reward when choosing properties to buy and analyzing the amount of profit that can be obtained from said property.
