About Project Destined

Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. The program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of real estate professionals by exposing them to all aspects of the industry, from property management to deal-making. At Project Destined, participants work alongside experienced real estate professionals to analyze properties, develop business plans, and pitch their ideas to real estate investors. This approach allows participants to gain a deep understanding of the real estate industry while also building valuable skills in financial analysis, critical thinking, and communication. Through its innovative programs, Project Destined is working to create a more diverse and inclusive real estate industry. Overall great intro Overall great intro to asset valuation in commercial real estate! It provides a super simplified version for anyone new to the industry. Be prepared to do some quick calculations at the end.

Project Destined Global Real Estate CRE Fundamentals Level I: Market & Property Analysis & Level II: Valuation Level I: Very informative, and presented in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. Level II: Gained a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of determining risk and reward when choosing properties to buy and analyzing the amount of profit that can be obtained from said property.
