Great for written exam prep I got Gold Seal to prepare for my written exam, and for that purpose it was quite helpful. The lessons are presented well and professionally with access to further reading linked right on each lesson page. The staff has always been quick to respond when I've asked questions on things I've not been 100% clear on as well. For an online school, I feel like more than just a subscriber. I feel like Russ and the staff feel committed to my success and Gold Seal continues to be a great resource to brush up on topics as I continue my flight training

Excellent customer service I teach aerospace to 146 students at a STEM high school. 40 of my third year students will be taking the FAA written exam as their EOPA (end of three year pathway assessment) this year. Our school system has provided each of these students with their own copy of Gold Seal's ground school course. The production quality is excellent, only exceeded by their customer support and service. Response time is immediate and resourceful. Highly recommend!

I saved hundreds!!! Forget the fact that their videos are easy to understand… Forget the easy references to everything via PDF for better studying… Ignore the fact that the one time price is amazing for what you get and the interactive lessons really help. The most impressive part is that I can call and talk to somebody and they will take whatever time is needed to help me understand the lesson. Gold Seal has saved me hundreds of dollars versus paying for ground time. Not to mention, they really listen to their students. They were a few things that I thought could’ve been done better as far as explaining and they took notes they reworked their material they updated videos… I see them do this all the time with student input. Yes they have a guarantee but you’re not going to need it… I have never never met a more confident and caring set of teachers in my life.

So good, even a 70-year old can do it. Really enjoyed using the Gold Seal Private Pilot ground school program. It's well designed, the classes are professionally produced and cover what I needed to pass my written exam on the first try. As a 70 year old just getting started the program worked for me. The testing modules were great.

It was a fair course It was a fair course. Not all of the material is covered in the instruction and it relies heavily on flash card study to have been exposed to all of the material covered in the questions and the area of instruction regarding chart interpretation is poorly ordered.
