Their customer support team is… Their customer support team is exceptional. I was beyond lucky to have worked with an exemplary team member named Laura. I totally messed up and misunderstood my purchase. She helped and guided me throughout numerous emails. Laura went way beyond what I ever expected from a support team via emails.

Excellent Customer Service I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I had difficulty logging in and… I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7. However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class. Thank you again
