It seemed almost too good to be true I looked online for a Zojirushi hot pot and found the exact item, costing much less than anywhere else, at Superco, plus free shipping. I had not heard of Superco, and being skeptical I googled them and was pleased to see the great reviews and relieved that they were indeed legitimate. My purchase came promptly and pristine! They're not just legit, they're great! Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list. We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early. I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

Great customer service These guys are super responsive. I recently bought a pricey rice cooker from them, only to discover the same item significantly cheaper on Amazon. I emailed them and within one business day, they had processed a refund on the price difference. I'll definitely consider them for appliances in the future.

Superco was incredibly responsive and… Superco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them? Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.
