It turned out that I worried too much. Authentic products, really nice customer service and super fast shipping! Love it. GBReally happy with my experience. Really happy with my experience. I've never been to Superco's brick and mortar store but took a chance and ordered a Zojirushi water boiler online. It came delivered to San Francisco in perfect condition. Good packaging that wasn't wasteful. Timely shipping. It was also a really good deal, the price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Couldn't fault Superco and would order from them again.

GBExcellent experience Was a little apprehensive because there didn't seem to be a lot of reviews within the site itself and the price of the rice cooker was consistently lower than other places. The order was delivered well ahead of the holiday date and in excellent condition. Would have no issues ordering from them again.
