There was no problem with this… There was no problem with this purchase! Thank you. The first one I ordered was Large 3.5" burner head from GE website. The part they sent was Med 2.75" As I ordered the correct one---customer service INSISTED I had ordered the wrong one It was like "pilling teeth" get return authorization AND then no shipping charges were reimbursed, just cost of burner. If they had looked at my original order ,if they could read, the 3.5 " Large burner was ordered I was made to think it was my fault not to receive what was ordered!!!
