Inadequate Packaging Packaging for shipment was grossly inadequate and customer service, while polite, was unwilling or unable to resolve the issue of damaged goods to my satisfaction. Return policy was overly restrictive and led me to return items and shop elsewhere. To clarify... I ordered 3 set of batteries: The first package was missing a battery (which was readily sent to me... off to a good start!). The second package was fine. The third package did not survive shipping, and had been "reassembled" by USPS. The shorted terminals happened in transit, long before I even even thought about installing them. I noticed it when I went to prep everything to do the work. We had an extensive thread of emails about this and where never able to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Late day order I ordered these late in the day, and they got them shipped out same day. And they sent good communications on the status of the order. Installed them in 2 UPS, and let them recharge for 24 hours before I plugged in my very light loads (a wireless router on one, and a fiber modem on the other). Interested to see if there is any noticeable difference between the original lead acid and the replacement AGM batttery

Best Deal & Fast Shipping The battery I ordered was cheaper here than anywhere else, including with shipping. It arrived sooner than expected and is a perfect fit in my UPS. I've had it going for a few days now with no issues. I will likely purchase more from this seller in the future.
