The online flight review course was well done. The online flight review course was presented very well. Had a few problems getting it started which prompted a call to cust Serv for help. After I was done with the videos and quiz, the process of getting the certificate of completion required another phone call to customer service. Customer Serv was great and handled the issues but it was frustrating to have to make those calls…
