No option for giftcard payment I attempted to make a purchase with a gift card I have, but there was no option for payment method given in the checkout window other than credit card. I even searched your own website for how to use the gift card, and your site said to select "gift card" as the payment method in the checkout window.

I received a response from Eric within minutes about the missing documents. Sent documents in JPEG format and received temporary certificate in a very short time. Excellent catch and coverage. Company doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!

No option to cancel subscriptions No option to cancel subscriptions. You are supposed to email them and ask them to cancel it for you. Which I did, I received a response from their "support" telling me they canceled my subscription along with a paragraph talking about how they don't let you cancel yourself because security or whatever. Still getting charged.
