Company doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!

It did help that I knew exactly what to look for (MA-1 flight jacket) but there was no difficulty finding it and then placing the order. Completing the order (on Sporty's end) and getting it out to ship was very quick. Placed order 12/30/22 and it arrived 01/04/23

It's a modernized technology which does… It's a modernized technology which does not give the operator hard time to capture videos.Due to improved technology of today,many wants it on funeral services, wedding show and other related functions for future review and remembrance. I therefore ,do hereby take this opportunity to recommend the good job done by our inventor simply because these did well on our grandma's burial

When I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio When I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio, I forgot to order the headset adapter. I called the Sportys warehouse in Ohio and spoke with a representative there to see if I could add the adapter to the shipment. She was more than helpful and assured me she would personally take care of that since it had only been a few minutes since I had placed my order. I forgot her name, but she was awesome!! Thanks again Sportys for providing general aviation with the great products at reasonable prices that you’ve been doing for years. I’ve always had really good experiences with Sportys!
