GBI looked at other online stores for the… I looked at other online stores for the CH Products Fighter Stick and they were either to expensive or there was no communications. I even canceled a order because of the lack of communications. The item was a better price here and fast Thank you and everyone there be safe

GBCompany doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!

GBNo option for giftcard payment I attempted to make a purchase with a gift card I have, but there was no option for payment method given in the checkout window other than credit card. I even searched your own website for how to use the gift card, and your site said to select "gift card" as the payment method in the checkout window.
