Their communication is amazing and they offered very good prices for both my Apple Watch Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. The payout was much quicker than expected and it turns out my tablet was in better condition than what I stated so the payout was more than offered based on my rating. I will definitely use their services again even if they don't offer the highest price.

Total sham, in my opinion not a reputable company Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

Not only was there upfront quote more than I anticipated but the actual amount that was deposited into my checking account was significantly more than I expected! Who does that in today’s day and age…….NOBODY They followed up with a sincere customer service letter and have been very very easy to communicate with. I’m usually very Leary of these types of companies but this time around for me personally was an exception to my rule!

Your best option to sell defvices I’ve been selling used Apple devices for years. I started using Gazelle as many people do but found smaller business often give better pricing. I tried using a smaller firm for a few years. Trade in values were better but customer services wasn’t great. I’d send the device and not hear for weeks. Once they lost my device. So I tried BuyBackBoss and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using them exclusively since. They offer the better trade-ins but have excellent customer service. They communicate with you the whole way so you know exactly where you are. Sometimes the trade is lower is my device is not as good as I thought but sometimes its higher if I was too “harsh” in my own assessment. Very fair.
