I'm always hesitant with online vendors claiming to offer best prices for selling old phones and being reliable. Went with them versus others for higher payouts, payment options and reliable reviews. Was able to track my shipment and my order was completed within a day. Got my payment same day of completion instantly through Venmo. I'd highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Smooth and easy experience, as long as you make it that way.

Best bet The customer service was excellent. Deven took the time to explain changes we had to make to my original agreement due to some Knicks and dings on the side of my phone. However that was only 30 dollars less than the agreed amount, which I was content with. I also had banking and Venmo issues, he was super patient and helpful with my circumstances through to the end. Lastly he answered some questions I had about problems with past phones on the phone with me but finished it up with a post conversation email advising me further. Folks, if you need your phone serviced, tired of your old phone and want to sell it and/or get a new one, make these guys your choice. 100 percent satisfied with this company. More than expected. Not only did I get a much higher than other offers fromSmartphonesPLUS, but they were very professional. The process was painless. On top of that, I got more than expected from them. And it was transferred to my Venmo account right away. I am very happy with the experience.

Don't trust this company! Sent them a phone in perfect working condition which they originally quoted a price of $110. About a month late I received a check for $10. After communication with them they stated there was a black dot on screen and it would have to be replaced. They also stated they communicated this to me via email prior to sending check. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company!
