Just recently received this phone Just recently received this phone, everything checks out but a couple of things. First thing I noticed was dirt/ debris in every crevice, I would have thought the place would have air dusted this before sending out as “very good”. A couple minor blemishes on the outer screen and deep cut in center of screen as well but hardly noticeable. One thing though the speakers sound disoriented. Sometimes my sound gets higher then lower only when sounds on and using phone.

Can not contact customer service I ordered an iphone case and needed to get customer service that I had ordered the wrong case. I have no idea how to return this item. No way to cancel order I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken. Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow. Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section. Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.

"Pristine" phone with minimum battery life I paid extra for a phone in "Pristine" condition. This did not apparently translate to the components of the phone as it came with only 85% battery life, the bare minimum they deliver without replacing the battery. This is a problem as the 2400 battery is already small for today's power demands. Neither of the phone numbers for customer service work and do not allow you to hold or wait. They just drop the call. To be fair, I did send an email ~24 hours ago and am waiting for a response from Loop. I will update my rating if my experience improves. **UPDATE : Updating review to 4 stars. After a few weeks of back-and forth, their CS did eventually work to find a replacement with better battery life. The exchange went well and I am happy with the new unit.

The computer seems to be exactly what… The computer seems to be exactly what was promised, a pristine 2021 MacBook Pro. I would have liked to have seen an original charger with it but the aftermarket charger that was included, seems to work well.
