Can not contact customer service I ordered an iphone case and needed to get customer service that I had ordered the wrong case. I have no idea how to return this item. I received my phone promptly and as… I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.

IPhone case I ordered an IPhone case that came in a sealed Apple box. It’s great-looking, brand new, and much less expensive than buying from Apple direct, which is no longer selling Mini cases on the regular. I HIGHLY recommend Loop Mobile.
