I ordered a part 3 days ago from… I ordered a part 3 days ago from Partsips. After ordering and not receiving an email notification, I did a review search for Partsips. The reviews, in most cases, were not very good. Yesterday, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He informed me that my item had been shipped. Today I received the item. The price was the best and delivery was extremely fast. I would highly recommend the company.

No Problems At All, Great Experience I am not sure why others have had such a bad experience. The correct part was delivered within 5 business days and I purchased it for $50 less than every other place had it listed. The part was brand new and in pristine condition out of the box. After reading negative reviews about this place, I emailed and asked if my part was in stock. I received a reply within 3 hours telling me it would ship the next day, which it did. Fantastic experience and the part I ordered is working out great for my refrigerator.

Don't ever use them! Returns are slow-walked, and you won't find out they have a 60 day return policy until AFTER you're paid to return your part to their facility. "Thank you very much- no money for you." Do yourself a favor and use PartsSelect.com, even if the part costs more. It will work, and they even have a real return policy!

Two thumbs up! Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.
