Don't ever use them! Returns are slow-walked, and you won't find out they have a 60 day return policy until AFTER you're paid to return your part to their facility. "Thank you very much- no money for you." Do yourself a favor and use PartsSelect.com, even if the part costs more. It will work, and they even have a real return policy!

Worried for no reason! I, like others, purchased first and then read the reviews, which caused me some concern. Then I got worried because I saw they charged my card, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited a few days, called once to try to confirm (the call went unanswered, but then a day later I received a box of parts that was exactly what I ordered. The correct parts, in brand new condition, shipped clearly from the OEM manufacturer. So I don't know if I just got lucky, but partsips managed to deliver a part that was out of stock/backordered at every other supplier I could find, and did so quickly and for a good price. Sure, the communication could have been better and had me concerned, but at the end of the day my dishwasher is working again and my wife is happy, so I call that a win.

Two thumbs up! Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.

We ordered a heating element from… We ordered a heating element from PartsIPS and the ordering was easy. The problem was, when the part arrived, it had simply been dropped into a flat box with no wrapping around, no Styrofoam peanuts or anything. It was banging around in transit and had had stuff stacked on top of it so the box was smushed and the element bent. Given that, we don't feel comfortable installing it and will be sending it back.

Great Experience Great Experience. I ordered a part that nobody else seemed to have form PartsIPS. Other places wanted almost double the price. I was worried after seeing the reviews after I ordered the part but the part was shipped fast and it was the correct part. I assume most people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience so I decided to post a good experience. Thanks PartsIPS!
