Alex to verify that I was in fact ordering the correct battery for my radios. (A “real” person on the phone, and not just a generic faceless order from a website… nice touch! Customer service DOES still exist in some companies.) Batteries arrived in 4 days after ordering. Able to track order online during shipment. Will be ordering from Two Way Direct again!

The biggest issue we have with this… The biggest issue we have with this company is the customer service. They were great before we bought all the equipment. Once we did it was near impossible for them to help us. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be recommending them to anyone we know that needs radios.

Can improve Everything went well without any mayor problems, but the site interface is kinda lackluster and poorly executed. I even thought I got scammed since there wasn’t any notification about the delay. An overhaul in the way the orders are presented and adding more ways to pay will be very important.

I work at an Elementary School and we… I work at an Elementary School and we were having issues finding radios that would reach through out the school with out breaking up or no reception at all. I called Two Way Direct and Christian helped me choose the ones that would work with out all the hassle. We have been using these radios for about a week and they are AMAZING!
