AUTridant Fold iPhone Charger Bought the Tridant Fold for iPhone. Product shipped quickly and arrived in ok condition. The item was bought as a gift and not required in the end due to friend already having a charger. Despite claiming 'Free international shipping and returns' on the product screen, which gives you some comfort before purchasing, it is actually not possible to return an item unless you are in the United States. Pretty poor form and obviously misleading product page information. I reached out using the contact us page but did not receive a reply from the company. I'm 99% sure this is just a drop shipping store. The actual item is flimsy (the watch charger doesn't stand up and the magnetic hold is really poor), and the packaging is blurry and poorly printed - no mention of Grav Goods at all. You can buy the literal same product on Temu, eBay, or Amazon for a fraction of the cost ($12 - $30 AUD).

GBTerrible customer service. Terrible customer service. I have tried calling on their listed number and it always goes to voicemail during normal business hours Ordered a product on February 6th February 9th the order hadn't been shipped so I decided to cancel the order as I had found something else. Feb 11th they responded saying my order was cancelled although no cancellation was made in Shop pay. Feb 19th I requested a follow up as my refund had still not processed and they never wrote back. Followed up again today feb 23rd. THe producsts look cheap and the lack of customer service would keep me from ever coming back. Update March 7th. They still have not sent my refund.Filed a dispute with shop pay to try and recover my money.

GBfaulty product, non responsive customer service Purchased the grav station, which initially functioned as expected for about a month. However, it has since developed issues, overheating to the extent that it's uncomfortable to touch. Additionally, the phone charging pad is jammed, resulting in a loud clicking noise when attempting to lift it. Due to these safety concerns, I've discontinued use. I received an automated response after emailing them about the issues, but suspect it was more of a delay tactic than a genuine automated reply, considering the significant delay in receiving it.

CHHorrible experience. Horrible experience.. received product after 30 days and was not even functioning. Sent them messages and emails .. no response No guarantee is available and no refunds.. It’s also bad quality Chinese stuff
