GBGreat product, great service! I had to upgrade my current laptop to do video editing. I did a lot of research and decided on the MacBook Pro. Since a new one is rather pricey, I decided to go with a refurbished one. Someone recommended macs4u and I decided to purchase from them because they had great reviews. They gave nothing but great service from start to finish! The laptop arrived quickly, very well packed and they sent several shipping updates as well as follow up emails, calls and text messages. Such amazing customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase from them again.

GBGREAT CONSUMER EXPERIENCE WITH MACS4U I've purchased 4 refurbished computers from Macs4u over the years. They stand by their products and offer super quick and amazingly accurate tech support. My latest buy, a 2019 iMac, arrived in less than a week. Herbert and Brandon helped me bring over my bookmarks from my old iMac and also assisted me in erasing my hard drive and re-installing the OS. GBExtraordinary! Flawless condition at a deep discount! I was so very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find what looked like a brand-spanking-new iMac! One would never know it was already five years old as it was in "factory new" condition. Macs4U loaded the operating system that I asked for (Big Sur) and it booted right up. I strongly recommend macs4u for anyone needing a greatly-discounted Mac that still has many years of useful life!
