Great product, great service! I had to upgrade my current laptop to do video editing. I did a lot of research and decided on the MacBook Pro. Since a new one is rather pricey, I decided to go with a refurbished one. Someone recommended macs4u and I decided to purchase from them because they had great reviews. They gave nothing but great service from start to finish! The laptop arrived quickly, very well packed and they sent several shipping updates as well as follow up emails, calls and text messages. Such amazing customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase from them again.

I am very glad that I followed my Mac Guru's recommendation to order from Macs4u. It was very easy to make my choices and place my order online. Considering the shipping was free, the irregularity of shipping companies and the delivery date was changed twice, my computer was delivered in a reasonable time. The iMac was in good condition in spite of a half-dollar-sized puncture hole in the box. The attached instructions were very easy to follow. The young man who called to follow up on my order was very kind, polite and professional. Best Refurbished Macs Are At Macs4u In 2020 I was searching for a used iMac that needed an older operating system so I could run a specific program for work.
