They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support. GBgreat customer service email was answered in less than 30 minuetes and one email later had order placed. in the past Jeremy has called after hours and on a weekend best customer service i have dealt with in years hands down the best in the business. started with a 3018 graduated to a mandril and now a silverback didn't shop around after first one because of your service. keep it up thank you
