I order a lot of cables and I am always impressed with the speed & accuracy that each order is processed. They will always call if something is not immediately available and ask what our preference is (split order/wait/different length or color/etc). For my most recent order, I asked if I could repeat a previous order with a long list of part numbers that I didn't want to have to enter again, with a few qty changes on some items, and they replied immediately and placed the order for me in minutes. Always the best customer service. Never had a bad experience.

best shipping options anywhere I just ordered a couple of printer to USB adaptors and small items. Other sites had exhorbitant shipping fees for Hawaii. This company not only had good photos and descritions of my options, the ordering process was fast and uncomplicated. They present many shipping choices, and they might be the only ones (not sure) that offered simple first class USPS option, saving me a large and unnecessary shipping fee. I will buy from them again.
