I order a lot of cables and I am always impressed with the speed & accuracy that each order is processed. They will always call if something is not immediately available and ask what our preference is (split order/wait/different length or color/etc). For my most recent order, I asked if I could repeat a previous order with a long list of part numbers that I didn't want to have to enter again, with a few qty changes on some items, and they replied immediately and placed the order for me in minutes. Always the best customer service. Never had a bad experience.

NEVER AGAIN... THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. I HAVE PURCHASED PLENTY OF ITMES ONLINE USING MY DEBIT CARD, THEY WERE UNABLE TO VERIFY BILLING ADDRESS AFTER I CONFIRMED TWICE. ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WANT ME TO PURCHASE ITEMS WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CARD. NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE. HONESTLY I JUST FELT AS IF THEY WERE RACIAL PROFILING BY PEOPLE THEIR MAILING ADDRESS. While working on my wife of 40 years… While working on my wife of 40 years Christmas present, very late at nite and sleepy, I made several mistakes on needed cables. Through email and a phone call I was able to correct my mistakes. The personal at Cables wholesale were understanding, kind, and aided in the correction of my mistakes. I have found over years of being a customer that their customer service is great!!! On par with the product they sell. A goto place when you require a product to work first time every time till it is time to upgrade your equipment to do an expanded task years down the road. At that time you can repurpose the Cables Wholesale product to a new task were I have found ‘like the Energizer Bunny’ it keeps going and going and going. Final thought great people great product. ( I was purchasing the latest in HDMI cables for an Audio controlled 4k plus AV system ) RH
