Got my phone it wasn't exactly the one I wanted tho I'm the mistake here because I purchased the incorrect phone. I have put in a request for a exchange for the same type of phone just different model and they were quick about it all together, both responding to my request and shipping the exchange one to me. Would gladly by again because now I'm extremely happy.

Never got the new Samsung phones we ordered Ordered two new Samsung phones but they sent the wrong color and one phone was damaged. Company repeatedly said they'd reimburse our cost to ship phones back to them, but they never did. The next pair of phones wouldn't charge and were refurbished/used, not new. Very aggravating and time consuming experience. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere
