A Successful Computer Due To DiscountElectronics and Saul My DiscountElectronics order just before Christmas for a Lenovo Thinkpad was fulfilled very rapidly. Since I had difficulty setting up the computer, the company assigned a Support Technician, Saul, to help me. We had not completed the setup when a critical personal situation required my full attention for several months. Last week, in April, I finally had time available, so I emailed DiscountElectronics and requested that, if possible, Saul might be reassigned to finish the job for me, even though it was my fault that it was stopped midway, months ago. To my surprise, Saul called, and completed the job very rapidly. Both the company and Saul deserve my applause.
