GBThis company is a fraudulent scam. Just found out today that Appliance Connection shut their business down suddenly and filed bankruptcy. I received the bankruptcy notice yesterday 3/19/24. I tried to contact them today in regards to the washer/dryer set I ordered a month ago and had not received. There is no one to get a hold of, I feel devasted and so shocked and upset. I'm in the process now of working with my credit card to have the $2300.00 I was charged reversed but the informed me this could take several weeks. I'm so sorry I went with this company. I think I'm still in a state of shock about what is happening to me financially and the washer and dryer that I was so looking forward to doesn't even exist.

GBTop notch communication and customer support Donn Frye was such a help in putting in our order. I tried to order online but two of the appliances were back ordered and the website was trying to delay everything to be shipped together which would have been almost 2 months out! A quick call and Donn was able to place the order for me with the same discounts/rebates as the website and make sure the first two appliances shipped immediately. Delivery took about 2 weeks from placing the order but overall I’m really happy with the pricing and customer support. Far superior to any of the customer support the orange or blue big box stores around me have ever provided.

He is an asset to the company. I believe I am not the first customer he served well.
