We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seamless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. We will be returning to Appliances Connection for all our appliance needs in the future.

GBI purchased a mixer from company on… I purchased a mixer from company on February 29th; did not receive product before company went out of business. Their website no longer is operational and redirected to investor.polished.com. I have not received a refund for my purchase and there is no way to contact the company.

GBThis company is a fraudulent scam. Just found out today that Appliance Connection shut their business down suddenly and filed bankruptcy. I received the bankruptcy notice yesterday 3/19/24. I tried to contact them today in regards to the washer/dryer set I ordered a month ago and had not received. There is no one to get a hold of, I feel devasted and so shocked and upset. I'm in the process now of working with my credit card to have the $2300.00 I was charged reversed but the informed me this could take several weeks. I'm so sorry I went with this company. I think I'm still in a state of shock about what is happening to me financially and the washer and dryer that I was so looking forward to doesn't even exist.

GBCelia was wonderful in customer… Celia was wonderful in customer service. I had numerous contacts with her about several delivery issues that. took place when I had a washer and dryer delivered to my sister. She had a sympathetic ear and assured me the complaint was sent to the Cartier for follow up. A BIG thank you to Celia.
