Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass… Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass range dual fuel back in November. The order finally arrived from Italy and set to be delivered/installed with white glove. Turns out there was a mistake made while ordering and cords were missing. Ara, from the customer service call line, resolved the issue within 20 minutes.
