I love that it’s screen free and that the listening content options are pretty unlimited compared to Story Pod or the like. This also make it’s more cost effective! My three year old has books from Spotify connected to one token and music on the other. Both are playlists I customized for him & he loves! We have had some troubleshooting issues, but the Jooki support team has helped us along the way.

GBJooki’s customer service is great Jooki’s customer service is great! Every time I’ve had to email about a problem they’ve responded in less than 24 hours and immediately resolved my issue!

GBOutstanding Service and Product Support! My sons Jooki was having some problems. I reached out to customer service and not only were they extremely quick and helpful, but they made me feel like they wanted the issue fixed as bad as my son did! When we couldn't get the issue resolved, they replaced the unit! To say that we were pleased would be an understatement. After receiving the new Jooki, we ordered another one for our daughter's upcoming birthday! 10/10 would recommend!

GBDoes not work. Should have read other reviews. This device is non functioning. I’m a techie software developer and I couldn’t get it working. The player does not connect to my device. When trying to connect, the options in the iPhone settings app do not match what the Jooki app is saying. The connection steps very quickly just display, “sorry, contact Customer support”. In the state that it’s in right now, there’s no way to turn it off. (Except letting the battery run dead.) There’s no reset button. What I have is a big blue paper weight. I should have read the App Store reviews before purchasing it and 2 sets of tags.

GBExcellent product combined with… Excellent product combined with excellent customer service. We’ve had our Jooki for around 3years now and it’s still a firm favourite option for my children to play with/enjoy. We recently had some connection issues due to a house move and new Wi-Fi, the Jooki IT support team were on hand to provide help with getting it up and running again when I could not figure it out for myself! Today it is now fixed and I’d forgotten how well loved our Jooki is! Thanks Team Jooki :)
